Nothing about jobs creation,manufacturing,high speed rail or energy.

Just many,many tax increases...nothing about cutting the cost/size or increasing the efficiency of the state government and its employees.

Out of a few HUNDRED THOUSAND employees...500 "may" lose their jobs.
