Not for nuthin Reporter, and this is strictly constructive criticism...
Those 2 spots SUCKED! First off, you need to self edit yourself, most folks are gonna turn you off after the first 30 seconds with all your sputtering and your monotone delivery, and your lack of any type of humor or style. Secondly, Whos gonna plow the snow off the Sidewalks?? WTF? Hard Hitting editorial commentary... NOT!
You gotta get a story with some substance and controversy, and you also need to make sure all your facts are right. You also need to stop dwelling on Gary and his show so much, because it just makes you sound like an obsessed loser. And you damn sure better get your facts right, because you can open yourself up to slander charges(and several inaccuracies in your 2 stories have major errors, that would in fact qualify for slander if certain parties desired to go after you.)
In short, Do better research, do better editing, do more show prep, watch out for false accusations, work on your vocal delivery, pay more attention to detail, and stop obsessing on Gary. You have some potential, but you're not gonna realize it until you do your own thing and get serious with it. Covering Garys ever fault and fobile is just gonna get you ridculed, and hated. Covering real news stories, and real issues, will actually get you some respect in the county... Take your pick, its your call...
