make tie x, since both shirt and pants are 3 times the tie.

tie - x
shirt - 3x
pants - 3x

Jacket is 2 times the shirt, 2x3=6 so

jacket - 6x

add them up

x+3x+3x+6x = 156
13x = 156
x = 12

Now no matter which of the cheap suit they ask you for, you have it

tie = 12
shirt = 36
pants = 36
janket = 72

To double check, you can can add up the prices and it will equal 156.
