What Austin Actually said yesterday in the Chris Wallace interview-over and over again is that He wouldn't speculate when asked questions on when or if the Welfare package will start to kick in or even work.

That is certainly amazing. He won't Speculate! But all the NoBama Administration is doing is speculating with tax-payer money.
